Scott has been active
in Asian real estate capital markets since 2002. Previously based
in Korea and Japan for Jones Lang Lasalle, he has been involved
at senior levels in investments, corporate finance, research and
property advisory for a wide range of clients. Scott started his
career in Australia in 1995 with ANZ Funds Management before moving
into the consultancy business. He graduated from Curtin University
of Technology with a Bachelor in Commerce and holds a Master of
Applied Finance and Investment from Macquarie University. |

Lyndon has 20 years investment industry experience, and joined PRUPIM in 2009, after four years with Prudential Asset Management Singapore where he was Investment Director, and Head of Business Management. Prior to moving to Asia, Lyndon worked in London for 15 years primarily with Merrill Lynch Investment Managers and JP Morgan Investment Management - where his experience included roles in trading, investment strategy and fund management.
Lyndon obtained an MA, Civil Engineering and Mathematics degrees from Trinity College Dublin, Ireland in 1989. He qualified as a Chartered Financial Analyst in 1997.

Jon joined PRUPIM as Finance Director in 2009 from its parent organisation, M&G.
He spent eight years with M&G as Head of Group Finance with management responsibility for financial and regulatory reporting, business planning and performance management and capital and balance sheet management. Prior to joining M&G Jon spent nine years with Cargill in their Financial Markets Group, filling a number of senior finance roles variously located in the UK, Singapore and India.
Jon began his career in 1988 with Price Waterhouse.

Aik Siew is responsible for the legal and compliance functions within PRUPIM Singapore. A lawyer by training, she practised law for almost 13 years before she left practice. She was a partner with one of the oldest law firms in Singapore, and advised many financial institutions within the asset management industry on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, with a specialised focus on regulatory advisory and compliance matters. After practice, she joined the compliance division with one of the largest bank in Singapore, and was responsible for the group’s regulatory advisory and asset management functions.
Aik Siew holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the National University of Singapore. She has been called to the Singapore Bar and has also been admitted to the Rolls of Solicitors in England and Wales. She holds a Diploma of Compliance from the International Compliance Association under the Financial Industry Competency Standards programme by the Institute of Banking and Finance.

Jean-Brice is responsible for the Fund's administration. Jean-Brice joined PRUPIM Singapore in January 2009 after working for M&G as the Financial Controller for an open-end, pan-European property fund. Prior to joining M&G in 2008, Jean-Brice worked at JPMorgan Asset Management for 2 years as the Operations Controller of a pan-European open-ended real estate fund.
Jean-Brice has nine years experience in accounting and audit having worked at major consulting and audit firms in Europe and Asia including Cap Gemini and Ernst & Young. He has a DESCF (Diplôme d'Etudes Supérieures Comptables et Financières - Masters in Accounting and Finance). |

Ramesh is a Chartered
Accountant from India, with over 17 years experience in the areas
of asset management operations, audit, stock broking (trading and
back office operations), research and financial control in manufacturing
industries. Before joining PRUPIM, Ramesh worked for six years at
Prudential ICICI, India's number one private sector asset management
company. He managed a team that handled fund accounting, treasury
operations and settlements. From 2002 to 2006, he was a visiting faculty member of the Bombay Stock Exchange Training Institute on subjects related to mutual fund industry and fund accounting. |

Sriram joined PRUPIM Singapore as Controller of Operations in 2007and brings with him a rich experience of over 15 years with UTI MF, one of the largest mutual funds in India, where he was Vice President of Fund Accounting. Prior to joining PRUPIM, Sriram was General Manager at Syntel, a Nasdaq Listed IT company, where he headed the Fund Accounting operations.
Sriram has a Bachelor's degree in Commerce and is qualified Cost Accountant.

David has spent
nearly ten years in the property industry, largely in investment
and asset management. He joined PRUPIM's London office in 2001 and
in 2004 was seconded for two years to Prudential Vietnam Fund Management
to lead international best practices in property investment. He
joined PRUPIM Singapore after his Vietnam posting and will be involved
in the development and execution of the investment strategy for
emerging markets. David graduated from De Monfort University in
England with a 2nd upper class honours degree in Land Management.
He is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
