Scott has been active in Asian real estate capital markets since 2002. Previously based in Korea and Japan for Jones Lang Lasalle, he has been involved at senior levels in investments, corporate finance, research and property advisory for a wide range of clients. Scott started his career in Australia in 1995 with ANZ Funds Management before moving into the consultancy business. He graduated from Curtin University of Technology with a Bachelor in Commerce and holds a Master of Applied Finance and Investment from Macquarie University.

Martin Moore
Managing Director

Having begun his career with PRUPIM, Martin was appointed Managing Director in 1996. In April 2002 he was appointed a Crown Estate Commissioner and in June 2004 was elected President of the British Property Federation. He is a past chairman of the Investment Property Forum and Westminster Property Owners Association, was a member of CABE's Design Review Committee and has worked on various property related panels for both the Association of British Insurers and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).


Steve Bickell
Regional Risk Director
Prudential Corporation Asia

Steve joined Prudential Group in 1979, and spent many years working on the Group's tax function in London and had a close association with the Prudential's Property Division for many years. He was one of the Group Head Office team who provided support to Prudential Corporation Asia from its formation in 1994 and transferred to the Hong Kong regional office at the beginning of 2001.

Steve is currently the Regional Risk Director of Prudential Corporation Asia and he has regional responsibility for the compliance, risk management, corporate integrity, governance and tax functions.



Guy Strapp
Deputy Chief Executive & Regional Head of Investment Management, Asia

Guy Strapp joined Prudential Asset Management (PAM) in January 2007 as Regional Head of Investment Management in Asia. He works with the company’s investment teams across eight markets to ensure that PAM delivers excellence in investment performance. In addition, Guy was named Deputy Chief Executive in December 2009 and shares responsibility for driving the strategic agenda of the firm. He is also a member of the Board of Prudential Corporation Asia.

Guy has held senior executive positions at JP Morgan Investment Management, Citigroup Asset Management and BT Financial Group.

Guy is a CFA charterholder and a member of the Sydney Society of Investment Professionals, holds a Bachelor’s of Commerce degree from the University of Melbourne and a Diploma of Applied Finance and Investment from the Securities Institute of Australia.
