PRUPIM Asia managed US$ 2.1 billion1 in assets, across three funds:

  1. PRUPIM Vietnam Property Fund
  2. Asia Property Fund
  3. Segregated Account Allocation


1The AUM is calculated using the gross asset value for the Asia Property Fund, the net asset value for the Segregated Account Allocation and the total commitment capital for the PRUPIM Vietnam Property Fund.
